We use Royal Mail for small disc orders and APC for all other items and we remind customers that our courier will request a signature on delivery. Karaoke & Mastermix Discs are delivered FREE anywhere in the UK

All the products we sell carry a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty, excluding Lamps, Discs, Leads, Cross-faders etc. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer and not Disco World, therefore we cannot be held responsible for any losses due to warranty problems. In the unfortunate event of a product becoming faulty under warranty please contact us to resolve the problem. We will arrange our courier to collect the faulty item and take it back to the manufacturer for either repair or replacement as per their warranty terms. Usually if a product is faulty within 28 days of purchase it is simply replaced, after this time the item will be repaired. Should an item be found to have been faulty due to miss-use then all charges incurred will be passed to the customer. Returns
The Long Distance Selling Regulations apply to mail order customers only, where you have up to 7 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund. The items must be un-opened, un-used and in the original packaging. The customer should then ensure the item(s) are sufficiently packaged and also within an outer packaging for protection and return the goods back to us enclosing a copy of the original receipt with a note confirming that you are returning the goods within 7 days. We will then issue a credit for the item(s) less a £25 surcharge to cover both our delivery, packaging and administration costs. Should the items arrive back ‘not as new’ then a full refund will not be given. This regulation does not apply to lamps, leads, karaoke discs, consumables etc. This regulation does not apply to customers buying from our showroom. |
